BBC TV features Little Woodcote Estate

BBC Inside Out aired a feature recently about the Little Woodcote Estate where Sutton Community Farm farm is based.
“Its the story of the WW1 veterans who were originally encouraged to cultivate the land to feed London and help themselves recover from the traumas of WW1. To show how that story has continued they then feature Sutton Community Farm and the Downlands Grazing project,” said a spokesperson.

  1. people who have purchased their properties on the little Woodcote estate are outraged that this community farm along with its young offenders are serving there sentences up at this so called farm. Houses have been burgled and horses have been injured and frightened by the low life’s that now frequent our estate.surrey county council have a lot to answer to as they sell the houses off then try and maintain its a working estate.
