This year’s Wandle Fortnight – the celebration of all things Wandle run by the community for the community – is during the last two weeks of September. It begins over the first Heritage Open Days weekend and closes with World Rivers Day.

Local groups and organisations put on over 60 different events and activities last year, including the 30th anniversary of the Wandle Trail, Capability Brown Weekend, Mitcham Heritage Day, a Wandle exhibition at the Honeywood Museum and the first viewing of a revitalised Merton Priory Chapter House.

Those wishing to take part should complete the brief registration form and return it by August 23.
