The forum at Sutton LGBTQ announces packed programme

The Forum at Sutton LGBTQ has announced a packed programme for the coming weeks.

The first Health Group Session 11th April 1 pm at the Dolphin Sutton, with guest speakers from Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group (they look over the GP Surgeries), Hattie Fowler from MOTT MacDonald will be showing a video on what is to happen to St Helier or Epsom Hospital and a talk on its possible closures followed by questions from the LGBTQ+ community who attend.

“And finally, special guest star Anthony Hunt from the wonderful Spectra offering Sexual Health advice and how to stay safe. There will refreshment and cakes provided…!” said a spokesperson

“Sunday brunch is back for one last time on the 14th April 11 am at All Bar One – but don’t worry we will be back later in the year.

“The forum will  in May see the launch of ” Movies&Muffins” night with the showing of Bohemian Rhapsody in May (date to be confirmed by next week) hosted by Rachel Simpkins.

“And then also at the end of May early June (again dates will be confirmed by next week) it will launch of the Hate Crime Awareness Roadshows (complete with a new flyer of information on where to get help in Sutton) and our first Educational seminar with Chris Park

“We are also now supporting Free2B_alliance as there is no LGBTQ Youth group in Sutton. They have asked me to share their video below and we will have more information on their services on our community page of the website,” said a spokesperson

“So, we have lots going on as normal, we will also be looking at the Women’s Coffee group, and the non-alcohol pop up bar for the younger people and people of faith. We hope that there is something there for everyone and we hope to see some of you there.”
