We are passionate about wanting to improve healthcare services for our local communities and we would like to set up a panel to look out our hospital services, for example, ophthalmology, diabetes, renal services. You will have an opportunity to hear about the hospital services, how they are planned and delivered to meet the needs of our service users and carers. There will be an opportunity to network and meet other people interested in this work. There are two meetings which have been organised and its important that you are able to attend both meetings. The dates of the meetings are:

Thursday 7th November at 3pm in the Florence Meeting Room at Epsom General Hospital

Thursday 28th November at 9:30am in the Board Room, St Helier Hospital.

Refreshments will be provided.

If you are interested, please contact [email protected] by Tuesday 5th November at 1pm.
