Sutton Healthwatch is encouraging as many residents as possible to get involved in the consultation focussing on the future of St Helier Hospital.

“Your local NHS is consulting on proposals to invest in both Epsom & St Helier hospitals and build a new specialist emergency care hospital at Epsom, St Helier or Sutton hospital,” says a statement

“We are encouraging you to get involved in this consultation, which is being led by NHS Surrey Downs, NHS Sutton and NHS Merton Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). They are responsible for planning local healthcare services.

“This public consultation takes place from 8th January to 1st April 2020.

“Please see Improving Healthcare Together’s website for more information on how you can have your say and to read their summary and full consultation documents.”

“As an organisation who is independent from the formal consultation, you can share your views directly with us if your prefer. We are gathering feedback on the proposals and following the consultation, we will draw themes from your feedback and formally ask Improving Healthcare Together to respond. Talk to us.
