“Once you’ve had a chance to absorb this information our team of Trainers and Peer Trainers are on hand Monday to Friday to provide telephone support – they will be able to answer questions, discuss the various tools and techniques that you can try, and help you work out coping strategies,” said a spokesperson.
“Over the coming weeks we’ll be adding more content to our service, including blogs, video & audio guides and webinars, so keep an eye on our website for more information as it arrives.”
