A member of the public alerted officers to a suspicious male in the Times Square Car Park yesterday.
Officers deployed and spotted the male. A foot chase was had which finally led to the male being detained outside McDonalds on the High Street.
He was Arrested for going equipped to steal and spent a night at the station.
